1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:

- You received a wrong product
- The product seal is broken or tampered with

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals or that have been opened/used
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)

Step 1: Initiate Return

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. For approved returns, we will arrange a free pickup in most cases.
Step 4: Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Options
Upon approval of your return, you can choose:
- Full Refund: Credited to your original payment method
- Replacement: A new product shipped at no extra cost
- Store Credit: Credit added to your account for future purchases
5. Refund Timeline
- UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days after approval
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)
- Store Credit: Instant upon approval
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Only some items in an order are being returned
- The product shows signs of use but is still eligible for return
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
After Shipping
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product after receiving it as per this policy.
8. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Do not accept the package if visible damage is apparent
- Take photos/videos of the damaged package immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
9. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not open or use the product
- We will arrange pickup and send the correct product
- No additional charges will apply
10. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our Moringa powder despite proper storage and use, contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
