At ORYIZON, we strive to deliver your wellness products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping:99 for orders below ₹999

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Standard Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, local holidays, or courier delays.

2.2 Express Delivery

Express delivery options may be available for select pin codes at an additional charge. This will be displayed at checkout if available for your location.

3. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout to verify serviceability and estimated delivery time for your location.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once shipped

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using:

  • Order Tracking Page: Visit our Track Order page with your order number and email/phone
  • Email Updates: Automatic status updates sent to your registered email
  • SMS Notifications: Real-time updates on your registered phone number

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery failures
  • Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the package

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select PIN codes
  • Maximum COD order value: ₹5,000
  • Please keep exact change ready for the delivery person
  • COD availability is shown at checkout based on your PIN code

8. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition:

  • Eco-friendly packaging materials
  • Tamper-evident seals for product safety
  • Moisture-resistant inner packaging
  • Clear handling instructions for the courier

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or items are missing from your order:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages at delivery
  • Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support
  • Provide photos of damaged items/packaging for quick resolution
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our delivery network internationally. Stay tuned for updates!
